In this blog we are going to talk about the types of Eating Disorders, symptoms and treatments. 8 Million people are suffering from eating disorder and 7 million out of the 8 million are females. Eating Disorders as defined in"The Gale Encyclopedia of Science (2004) " are psychological conditions that involve either overeating, voluntary starvation, or both. Eating Diosorders is an very harmful eating behavior that can cause serious illness or even death. No one is sure what causes eating disorders, but researchers think that family dynamics, biochemical abnormalities, and society's preoccupation with thinness may all contribute.
